How do the programs work?

Each program is structured around 4–8 week blocks with 3–6 workouts per week. Some workouts repeat week to week to allow for skill development, progressive overload, and performance tracking — no fluff, just results. (The Iron Athlete V2 follows a 10 day cycle, 2 on - 1 off structure)

Do I need a gym?

Most programs are gym-based, but many exercises can be modified for home or minimal equipment setups. A foundational strength setup (dumbbells, bands, barbell access) is ideal for best results.

Can I do more than one program at a time?

It’s recommended to follow one program at a time to see full results and avoid overtraining. However, some members layer in conditioning or mobility work from other tracks if their recovery allows.

What makes Iron Hard Performance different?
